Dinkel is a bakery with the touch of a deli that offers wholesome bakery goods as well as some small delightful pastries and cakes – mainly of German origin.The bakery range with the priority of using only traditional ingredients such as flour, salt and yeast/sourdough.

Here at Dinkel we try to combine wellness with a bit of indulgence and besides the wholesome goods –  our customers will also find delicious German cakes such as Plumcake,  Poppyseed- and traditional apple cake.

Besides German traditional breads such as the 100% rye breads, the Dinkelbread played and still plays an important role and actually gave the bakery its name. Dinkel is the German word for the supergrain spelt.
